President Bush assembled the Cabinet for morning briefing and looking around asked, "Where's Mr. Cheney?"

Tony Snow advised the president that Mr. Cheney would be absent from the briefing "because he is having problems with his angina".

"Huh?", replied the President. "You can't fool me Snow. Men don't have anginas".

The President grew even more confused when the Press Secretary leaned over and said quietly "Mr. Cheney has acute angina".
