Well, I appreciate you taking the time and doing a little Internet snooping to provide a reply. (Unlike me, who would've just fired off the first snippy response that came to mind).

I'm not sure what to make of RJ Rummel and his statistics. I find that they cloud the issue rather than shed any light. He is calculating "democide"- a term he has made up- and it appears he is including Vietnam's war in Cambodia 1975-1979 to arrive at his numbers for victims of "democide".

I have never heard these figures from anywhere else in my own reading, visits to Vietnam, etc; I'm not saying I'm right and and Rummel's wrong.. I'm just sayin'...
