6 years ago I would not have unreservedly been able to identify myself as a Democrat, though I used to generally vote for Democrats. But the war on democracy and republicanism that this administration has pursued has been virulent and vile enough to force me into a partisan position. The House must regain an oversight position, and the only hope for that lies with the Democrats. So, Bush has succeeded yet again at being a uniter. He's united the European community against us, He's united the Islamic world against us, and he's united me with the Democratic Party against him. Heckuvajob, Bushie.
