Well... just remember what Rove said.  He dismissed the Foley matter as the problem of one Congressman and claimed that the Rebublicans will keep both the House and the Senate.  Maybe he knows something we don't.  I mean the polls right now suggest otherwise.  I can see it now... early results will show that the Republicans lose 20 seats in Congress, but by the time we wake up on Nov. 8th, it will be surprisingly different.  Rove promised an "October surprise."  He go that right, except he meant a "November surprise."
