First, your rant is great, I love it, more more ...

Second, I don't doubt a word.

Third, I am delighted Chavez stalled the FTAA. ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTED

Fourth, assuming our own citizenry's enlightenment, aren't we exhibiting national denial, when we dismiss discussion of the details of Mr Chavez's content due to his -arguably*- crude expression.

Fifth, I'm not crazy about the results of our government. Even less so, thanks to your intimate accounts, of Mr Chavez's results.

Sixth, I believe our country would be a better place if we allowed Mr Chavez take the UN home with him; coupled with getting over the notion the world needs to 'be like Mike' in order for their lives to be worth living, let alone acceptable to the US.

We're spose to be a nation that stands for individual self determination ... but is our government ... externally or even internally?

Seventh, (; please refer to #'s 1 & 2, adding no intent of acromony.

* arguably, because this is based upon judgment of his style rather than whether his meaning was understood.
