Lollipop Factory
David Tweed is brilliant as a solo act, shur as shidt,
but I’ve never seen a more phantasmagorical live show.
Hope they can work it out.
Their live performance is much like the “Dance” video…meets The Munsters…meets Road Warrior Thunderdome… restores to the living a Freddie Mercury w/ nasty guitar chops & none of the really sissy stuff…& skinny-dips in dirty hairy buffalo punch/electric kool-aid like there’s no tomorrow ‘cuz the GOP has rewritten the Constitution…to retroactively legalized all forms of tyranny for those in the oh-not-really-so-super-secret-power-tie-&-circle-jerk if it can be shown to improve the bottom line…or well, …pretty much even if it can’t.
[Ahh, pizz on it, Tweed IZ Lollipop Factory, …there are a gazillion excellent drummers & bassists looking for work…& willing to wear funny costumes.]
& the infamous How Great Thou Art encore will knock ur sweaty azz socks off….
& pretty much only a trio…give or take a second stringer here & there.
