I remember the Whale! (My favorite player was their captain, until they traded him away.) Congrats to them - the best part of any Stanley Cup is seeing the wily veterans that have been getting their ribs cracked and teeth knocked out for a decade and a half finally getting a chance to hold the trophy.

Did you hear that player that yelled "fucking A right" as the camera was on him and the cup high overhead? Hilarious. The announcers were a little stunned before remembering to start speaking again.

NBC did a great job on their coverage. What a quality bunch of announcers and analysts, and the camera work was decidly un-Foxlike.
