How the hell can you say you love Little Feat and have never heard Willin'?
You've gotta get the first few Little Feat records and pick up Lowell George's solo record "Thanks I'll Eat It Here" while you're at it. It's got a killer version of "Two Trains" plus great songs like "Find a River" and "20 Million Things"...I know they are still around but Lowell was the heart and soul of that band and had one of the greatest voices in rock 'n' roll.
I just kinda thought that David's voice would be a cool match for the song plus I agree on the lyrics being a good fit too. Not to mention if there are people out there that don't even know the song...well...what better reason to "toss off" a version of it.
