If you look more closely at Bush's proposal, basically he's trying to set up a permanent lower class system of workers who have minimal rights, low pay and atrocious working conditions . . . take a look at some of the pinero stories that have been written recently and you'll have an idea of what Bush is working for, as usual he is exceedingly pro-corporation . . . Lee has a point as long as Central and South American governments and economies are corrupt and in the toilet, people are going to do what they can to survive, it's in our best interest as a country to work with these contries to improve their democracies and middle class conditions . . .
