3 fookin' boards, and 48 tracks each. So that means 144 tracks??? G'damn. What the hell for? I have a hard time figuring out what part of that recording was Robertson. There were sooo many people on it, and it was so over-produced.
In future they should encourage more people to record on 4 tracks, and not digital, but cassettes to show what they can really do.
Gotta admire those jazz artists, especially years ago. Play it live in front of some good mics, to 2 track, and do the whole thing in a day or two. Maybe 2 takes of each tune. Rock n' Roll....just greasy kid stuff.
