Hey Brad,I think it was actually the French who helped Israel build their
reactor, and that it went operational in the very early sixties. My understanding is that Israel now has around 200 nukes.The US has contributed to Israel's nuclear weapons program more
in the area of delivery systems; ie strategic bombers and ballistic
missiles. And of course, huge amounts of military aid and shared
intelligence. But what in the hell is rung buttoning?
