Frankly, I think the piece Al posted gets to the crux of the problem without completely mentioning the specifics. Most of these folks just want to left alone in their own self determination but the US and Britian and the G7 or G8 or whatever you want to call the rulers of the world want to micromanage everything and everybody.

We have to reject those new values Brad and reclaim our old ones. At least now we could finally carry them out fully. Equality before the law, and the freedom of conscious clause I call the first amendment especially.

C'mon Peter, you're living in the past. Do you want to be a slave in the future. Or just dead.
