I learned the only instrument that I know how to play - the harmonica - from Neil Young's Harvest album. I wore that record out in my youth. I used to play it so much that you could hear the other side when it played LOL. So I guess I'm indebted to the man in a way.
That being said, it was pretty much the only thing he put out that I ever liked and he completely and totally lost me with Southern Man and Ohio. Actually he lost at least half of his fans with those two songs alone IMO. A shame really, but everyone is entitled to an opinion. I just wish he would have asked me first (instead of the MSM) about what really happened at Kent State.
But I do hope he's doing ok again. Guy has skills.
