Where's Dale's review of Pink Floyd?

I was thinking of Dale the weekend of Live 8 and wondering if he saw the reunion and what he thought. None of the Pink Floyd fans I know saw it. They are all holding their breath hoping for a tour. I didn't see any of Live 8 either but I'll confess I didn't much have an interest in seeing it. If Floyd tours again I'll be there because my father will insist we go, he's a big Pink Floyd fan. I'm sure Dale will be there too and he'll probably have to come down my way to see them because there likely will be no Pink Floyd stops in Maine...it would likely be at either the football stadium in Foxboro or Fenway Park which has been pretty aggressive in booking classic rock shows.
Personally, I hate stadium shows...it just never seemed to me to be a place to see live music. I've seen Pink Floyd and the Rolling Stones in the football stadium in Foxboro. Floyd was, I'll admit, very impressive and there was a light mist in the air that night that added a dimension to their laser show. The Rolling Stones were a joke...they can still play but their music and their show seemed far more suited to a small venue. If they played clubs, impossible I know, I think they would still be worth seeing. Hockey rinks and stadiums, just in my personal opinion, ruin the effect.
I'll take a club show, where all the best music happens I think, or a small theatre any day.
