My player is a standard region 1 - if it played on mine I would think it would play on most others. It's two years old, so if Andrea's is older, it may be missing a codec or driver - I haven't seen any manufacturer who offers firmware upgrades on a entertainment unit yet.
Missed the strings, saw the nails - I assumed they were his, since a lot of finger pickers will grow their nails - What's he use - Super glue???
