And, I suppose it is a philosophical question of some sort but isn't the USA government responsible to some degree for all the dead Iraqi's, Kurds, Iranians and whoever else Saddam had a hand in murdering, precisely because our government did train and assist Saddam into power? Like so many other leaders of so called independent countries we have meddled in through various means for our own ends, wasn't Saddam on our team, one of the US's puppets to begin with?

I for one am ashamed of all the blood on our nation's hands because of these sorts of machinations.
