Yikes! Fortunately, I couldn't get beyond the repetition of (& my boredom with) "Fast Car" to forge any link/association with Joan.

How 'bout Creed's debut album?.. Naturally, Tremonti & Stapp stoutly deny any conscious emulation of early Pearl Jam. (Uh...you bet'cha...sure.) Ah, but they did finally gain their own "voice" and develop their own sound... er, just in time to disband.

When I first heard Train's "Meet Virginia," I remember thinking, "Hmmm...must be fans of David Baerwald."
