I tend to agree with Dan that Mr. Churchill need not be silenced, as he has a right to say whatever he wants to. But I also believe that he did himself, his school and academia in general a huge disservice with his essay, for which I think he should at least be fired. http://www.newcriterion.com/weblog/2005/02/ward-churchill-is-not-problem.html
