No way Reg. The only way Bush would even consider using them would be in retaliation of a nuclear attack from another country. And even then, I'm not so sure he'd even need to use them. We could level them with conventional weapons. Even if we were attacked with nukes, there isn't an ally on this planet that would even attempt to stop us.
