that's interesting...
alaska had open primaries till about two years ago.many people are angry that we still don't. i must say that i don't understand all the facets of the issue, but i think i like closed primaries.only about 41% of AK voters are registered republican or democrat (about 50% nonpartisan or
undeclared)... what are the stats like in cali, i wonder.
