I thought Edwards seemed intimidated by Cheney and I'm surprised at the little bit of polling I've seen so far that indicates he did well. He appeared rattled at times, frequently side-stepped the questions, and never landed more than a glancing blow to a guy he should have been able to deck.

Cheney is a tough customer: arrogant and condescending. I can't say that he "won" but I think the American public got a good look at the brains behind the operation tonight.
