I liked the debate style. Cheney did worlds better than his boss. He actually sounded like he thinks about what he says - instead of just parroting one liners like his boss. And I don't remember one "this job is hard" line which was good. Cheney didn't come off bitter like he usually does.

I thought Edwards did a decent job. I'm glad he stuck to some of the core issues like health-care and education. The gay issue was awkward on both sides. He didn't have to put Cheney in his place (he didn't) he just had to project confidence in his VP bid (he did).

Overall - I think the polls will show a split on this one. Unlike the ass whoopin' George got the other night.
