"O'Reilly, Brit Hume, Cameron and others trying to say Bush never uttered the words "mission accomplished" with regards to Iraq in an attempt to call the Democrats liars for saying he did."

I truely hadn't heard about the Cameron fiasco but I did hear O'Reilly challenge Bush about the "mission accomplished" statement. He asked Bush, based on the current state of affairs, who he do it over again. Bush said he never uttered those words when he landed on the carrier. Yes, he would land on that carrier if he could do it over again. (Kerry has spun that statement magnificently in a recent add) He did it to heighten moral. THAT he would do over again. No question. In hindsight, the sign "Mission Accomplished" was a obviously a huge mistake. He never admitted if he knew that sign was going to be raised so I don't know if he approved it or not.

Don't shoot the messenger.
