Thurlow is claiming that Kerry made up the part about the enemy fire and that is why Kerry doesn't deserve the Bronze Star. There are two other Commanding officers of Swift boats in that article who also deny they were under enemy fire from the same incident.
EEE, do you hold out any possibility that Kerry fabricated much of the stories which led to his numerous awards or do you totally buy into the truth as he states it? Just curious.
