Hi EEE:

Maybe Dubya is a coward, but I doubt it. How much did his daddy have to do with where he trained and on what equipment he was trained on? Just off hand I think Bush Sr and his connections would have more to do with that.

If I recall correct, it use to be law that the wealthy could pay someone else to serve in the place of their child. Did that make the kid a coward because his family could afford to pay for a replacement?

What about the Cheney quote on dbIS: He had something better to do.

No argument with your 2nd paragraph. Known a few.

3rd paragraph: conflict of interest in my opinion too. As to the measurealbility: all to often, we see and hear what we want to see or hear. That doesn't need to be measured because we all accuse of others of this behavior(if only in our thoughts).

Don't get what the 4th has to do with this: "It's like watching parents and children."

Could be you are right and Dubya is a coward. I don't care one way or the other. To me that is a distraction rather than an issue. Which is what I believe it is meant to be. (Not of your creation, I should add). Rather than speak to issues in difinitive terms we(the people) get sidetracked with these unimportant imponderables. Dubya is Prez after all, what does it matter if he's a coward, or stupid or any of this other windowdressing. Same with Kerry. We only get two choices, and in my opinion, the lesser of two evils form of choosing our leaders is a complete waste of time.

I want to hear plans about our nation: living within its means; effectively educating our children; protecting our borders; removing, not renaming, illegals from our borders; returning the Federal government to its Constitutional duties and limitations(including the courts); and how America is going to return to minding our own business: and then seeing them carried out.

You see, on various points I agree with both of you but I think you are both missing the point that our country has been hijacked by interests we don't vote for. The government is too removed to hear us, and while it works good for the powers that be.

Rest easy sir and God bless,

GMmissyamick-)
