That is definately a possibility Peter. But the point is three seperate intelligence agencies told Bush Iraq had WMD's. The 9/11 report clearly states this as fact. Therefore, Bush did not lie to the world. He acted due to this (in hindsite inaccurate) intelligence. If he attacked Iraq and told the world it was because Iraq has WMD's and the 9/11 report found Bush had not received this information from the three agencies then that would have been a lie.
Again, I think you're right Peter. They gave him what he was looking for. But if they hadn't I don't think he would have attacked. Who really knows for sure? We're all assuming, really. All except EEE and Michael Moore, I guess.
