It seems government has trouble performing the most mundane task with any level of efficiency so I think it would be humorous to think of someone trying to manipulate who was elected based on hundreds of years of bloodlines.
Plus this seems like a theory that some bluebloods would love to promote...you know those wacky bumkissers who really believe that there is something to the idea that thousands of years of inbreeding could create a finer human being...goes all against our American mutt background doesn't it? Hell, we're all half breeds here and proud of it...you see where I'm coming from with the comedy?
See in England when the same families all sleep together for generations and create offspring they call it royalty...in the USA we call 'em hillbillies!
