Reg...can you imagine the showboating which would occur if Condy Rice showed up before the committee investigating 9/11?  You have to agree with me that it is nothing about her appearing to answer questions but everything about her being there so the dems can lecture her and attempt to make her look small to the rest of us. 

I don't think there would be showboating and I think it's sad that this commission has to keep restating that they are made up of a group of Republicans and Democrats and that they are bipartisan. The White House seems to be attemping to hinder their mission by painting them and those that testify in such a negative light. That should be considered criminal. Rice would not have looked "small" if a Democrat on the commission did decide to "showboat"...in fact I think that would demean what this commission stands for. Rice makes herself look small choosing not to appear and makes this administration look like they want to hinder any look into 9/11. Now, Rice appears on 60 Minutes tonight to attack Clarke but still has "nothing to say while under oath."

So, are you more likely to believe the guy that is willing to testify under oath and admit his own failures or the woman who is only interested in smearing that man for political gain?
