Left and Right Unite: Isn't a Zombie-Filled America What We All Want?
I fell for the original, George Romero directed, Dawn of the Dead, when it came out around 1980 or so. I even own the video with the DVD purchase in the near future. It's a hoot, and a real harbinger of America's love affair with consumerism and mall life. And where else can one see Hell's Angels get eaten by zombies? What I'd give to be an extra in one of these flicks.
