Not amusing at all Marc. I hope you have reread what Reg wrote and are considering what he said. How I interpreted it was his comparison of how the health situation is now to what it was like under Saddam. Probably one of the reasons the situation is so bad is because Saddam didn't have local health care and alot of people suffered because of that as well, but the lucky were sent elsewhere. But who knows the truth, as it were. History is an interpretation.
