I didn't find all that shocking either BUT I can understand why some people are upset. This is the Super Bowl. It's supposed to be "family orientated" entertainment. People don't expect to see nudity of any type when they tune in. You do expect this when you're planning on watching the Victoria's Secret show or any awards show. It comes with the territory and people know it.
Again, I could care less and I think the whole thing is hilarious.
BTW....This "malfunction" proves Timberlake is clueless when it comes to football. Anyone with half a brain would've gone for two.
