Yeah, the 70's. Those were the days, tra la. For some reason, though, I don't think politics has changed a whit since time immermorium (sp?). I keep waiting for an evolutionary (not revolutionary, though it may cause one) to come around. Saw bits and pieces of Joe Dirt last night and it reminded me of movies with the themes of trying to find where home is, when you knew where it was all along, just couldn't see it and the way the masses will follow the person of the moment, seeming to wait for that instance to shred them to pieces. Haven't seen the Nixon movie, but will eventually. My claim to fame: My VP in Junior Highschool introduced Dick and Pat, at least that was what she always claimed. She was meeeeean.
