There have been several attempts at drawing up a replacement for the U.S. Constitution, and several "committes" have drawn up replacements, of which the U.N. Earth Charter is one of about five I have been able to identify.

Obviously, they are NOT going to promote it as a REPLACEMENT for the U.S. Constitution, but rather promote it in a manner which elicits a response such as the one you gave.

Did you know that several bills have been put in through the U.S. congress that would repeal one or more sections of the Constitution? One such example is on 3/11/92 --- when the "outdated and outmoded" 2nd amendment was asked to be removed. This can be found in the "Congressional Record - House" dated March 11, 1992 (pgs. H1168-H1170).

I have it right in my lap as I am typing this.

Congressman Owens from New York suggested this, under the following title:

LEGISLATION CALLING FOR THE REPEAL OF THE SECOND AMENDMENT

It begins . . .

"Madam Speaker, is the second amendment still necessary in 1992?"

And it goes downhill from there. 

Remember --- fascism and dictatorship is ALWAYS brought in through the BACK DOOR!

Also, BU$H has the Department of Homeland Security, USA Freedom Corps, and speaks of a NEW WORLD ORDER.

HITLER had his own Department of Homeland Security (internal name) that is historically known as the SS.

HITLER had the German Freedom Corps, which were called FREI KORPS in German.

And, HITLER spoke of a NEW WORLD ORDER.
