David - if you presented your case about the Eighties/Reagan, would that also be considered "rewritting history" or would that be "the truth"?
Pardon me if I disagree with both of you. Politicians, Republican or Democrat, are generally full of it. Claiming one to be morally superior and the other greedy is as hysterical as it is stupid. Both parties have the good, the bad, and the ugly.
That being said, I'm still a political junkie who loves it all as much as I hate it.
