I didn't come here to piss off anyone or embarrass myself, really. I simply think this board could be a little more about the writings and music of David Baerwald. Dan's has established this incredible forum of intelligent, interesting people who gather here from time to time to check up on what's happening in David's music career. From my encounter working with David it appeared to me that he was a very personal individual. I experienced his exhuberance expressed when we talked about the "music" and "characters" current or past. There is so much story telling embeded in his musical past and present that I simply can't understand why we rarely bring up such subject. Aren't there Questions about the music? people. I think this is an interesting time to watch Baerwald's career, what will he will do next?
I know there's this strange curiosity within all of us who would love to know just how certain things came about And what are you currently working on? What is in the vault, how can we get you to release it? I know there is a hell of alot more to hear nad I think that, and I'm not alone in this, "Another Fine Mess" would be the title, sort of like Townshend's "Scoop" and "Another Scoop" siblings, The same type of recordings, though AFM had a far more warmth and near perfect
recordings, listen to "Crash" for godsakes, If Radio played the damn thing I believe it could go through the roof, It simply drives ruthlessly paralell with the times.
David, What about "Capital of the World"? "Black Mamba Kiss"w/Ricketts and Bruford?, "Mirrorball" and "Supercorpocratic Baby"? I think it would interesting to see what your public would think of these. I think theyre glorious and should be included in your available library. Am I wrong? Just curious? I also wanted to ask you what's the deal with moles? on "If I ever Thought" , "Have you ever thought about having that removed? It somewhat reminds me of the humour at the end of "Secret Silken World"..."Let's get something to eat"?
Cheers
