Because as much as Reagan and Bush were loathed by people and as much as they may have had shady dealings with equally shady individuals (to say the LEAST) They didn't actually break the law. They certainly got near the knuckle with some dealings...but they didn't perjur themselves. (Which is to say they didn't lie under oath...)
If Bush gets back in, might we be able to look forward to `Triage - Part Deux`?!
