I went to see "Almost Famous" this past weekend. I was siked for this movie. It let me down somewhat. I couldn't connect with the main character. Not sure why. One thing I could connect with was when his sister left home & gave him her albums, I had all those albums. I can remember I had an after school job. On fridays when i got payed, my regular routine was to jet over to the local record store & spend most of it on records. Of course I could pick up 5 albums for around $25.00 back then. Still have most of them. It's always fun to dig them out & do a mix tape to listen to at work. Beats the hell out of having to listen to the Radio....Rock & Roll is Dead!
