I agree that these happenings are tragic and something must be done for better gun control in this country, but this kind of violence is not exclusive to the US. Do you think that this kind of thing can't and won't happen where you live? It can and does happen anywhere. The media in the US does oversensationalize these happenings and I think it is disgusting. But given the choice, I would still chose to be a US citizen. I don't think it is fair for you to judge the US just by the horrible things like this that you hear, you aren't living the benefits that can be achieved in this country.
