Well, the Truth Social money is supposedly not accessible to him for 6 months. So, unless I am misunderstanding something, I don't think that he can get a cash windfall from that in time to help him. Secondly, the Truth Social SPAC situation is not looked upon favorably by people as an asset to lend against. What he is doing with that is attempting to cash out on it but the value of the company is nonexistent. The stock took a tumble already and most predict that it will be a penny stock within a year. 

Truth Social only has like 860,000 or so active users, it's not even a Top 100 downloaded app. It is also not growing subscribers but losing them instead, meaning it is all trending in the wrong direction and I believe has shown nothing but losses since it has existed. So, in reality, it has no value. People helped pump up the stock price but Trump's plan will be to sell off his 79 million shares in 6 months and go for the cash grab, which will plummet the value of the stocks and screw anybody that bought into it. What I am saying is, on its face, this looks like a scam to land Trump about 3 billion. Like a pump and dump. Some people seem alright with it and look at it as a donation to help Trump but personally, it looks like just more shady business to me. 

If the Tik Tok guy or any other billionaire puts a huge sum of cash into a company that seems to have very little value...well...this is being done only as a favor to Trump. Whomever does this is going to lose their money and it seems idiotic unless you want to rescue Trump hoping for some favor, preferential treatment if he gets reelected. Otherwise, why would you put $5 billion into this?

I would not worry about the Stormy Daniels case. Trump's lawyers do only about one thing well, delay, and that's all this is. They know how to slow these things down but it is yet another case he is going to lose. It's just a matter of when.
