Basically, yes. He posted that he is lawyer shopping to appeal his new massive loss to E. Jean Carroll. She has not said anything since. So, sadly, looks like she is fired. I loved how crazy stupid she was and laughed my ass off when she spoke to the press after the $83 million verdict indicating not only did she not know how to be a trial lawyer, did not know the law in general, but she did not even know what they were in court for...which was about a simple damages decision. It was beyond incompetence, it appeared to be a complete and total attempt to torpedo Trump. 

The one thing I just could not figure out was why none of Donald's other lawyers did not intervene and just tell him she had no idea what she was doing. I mean, did they all stay silent because they wanted to see him go down? Chris Kise is not a total boob, he would have known and should have told Trump Habba was annihilating him in court...appears nobody said shit. 

The best part of this is, I think nobody is willing to put up a bond for Trump so he can appeal. Which would mean, I believe, Donny would need to put up the entire $83 million out of his own pocket. 

In the fraud case against his business in New York, the judgement there whatever it is $370 million or whatever, he also will need to put that money up if he wants to appeal. I do not think anybody will want to give Trump a bond because he just can't be trusted. So, again, to appeal, he will have to pay out of his own pocket. He claimed that he had $400 million in cash laying around...well...that's not enough to cover his appeals. I think he is going to file bankruptcy. He probably has to sell off some of his properties.
