Re what Biden is doing, I think the assumption has to be that we have no frigging idea. Secret diplomacy is, well, secret.
If Netanyahu is a person who can be bullied by a US president, he certainly cannot show that side of himself in public. His whole persona would be shattered. The only way to deal with him is behind closed doors under close secrecy.
But, for example, I think the US placement of two whole carrier groups in the Mediterranean, (which for context is about twenty ginormous warships and their attendants) sends a not entirely subtle message to a lot of different people, including Netanyahu and Co. A carrier group is a projection of hideous power—each aircraft carrier can hold as many as 130 fighter bombers, plus missile frigates, battleships, anti-aircraft cruisers, submarines, anti-submarine ships, god knows what particular agglomeration of attached firepower. It's an apocalyptic force, literally. Only three countries in the region have air forces that would warrant such a deterrent—Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Israel, and neither the Saudis nor Egyptians seem eager to commit to using their air forces here. This is just me speculating, of course.
One thing Biden can and is doing is getting not only aid but aid workers into Gaza. This often has a palliative effect on a ground war, which is the phase the Israelis seem to be committed to. But only 10% of what's needed is getting through, because everything is getting squeezed through one chaotic entry point. Key to getting aid and doctors and nurses into Gaza on the necessary scale is to get a humanitarian aid corridor into Gaza. I think you can bet that Biden and his team are lobbying hard for that. More aid workers on the ground equals less likelihood of aerial attacks.
At least for now, the massive bombing campaign seem to have stopped for now, which could be:
1: the result of Biden's diplomacy,
2: a byproduct of the shift to a ground war,
3: or just Israel running out of things to bomb.
Meanwhile, Biden just had a major rapport with China, laying to rest some of the China paranoia that has been building. I mean, cut the guy some slack.
