I understand where you are coming from but honestly, Mick, Biden has nothing to do with how the Israelis have responded to Hamas. Yes, the US funds and backs Israel, they did before Biden, and likely will after Biden...barring a real genocide taking place at the hands of Bibi's forces. These are deals that are already in place and won't be budged. You have to understand, basically, Biden has been handed a shit sandwich and is going to be made to eat it. It does not benefit the US, because the US will be blamed for this and hostility toward the US will rise.
He can't stop them from doing what they are doing, all he really can do is delay them, which he has done. As I understand things Biden and his people, behind closed doors have pushed hard on Israel not to slaughter Palestinian civilians and to forge a path that does as little of that as possible. The problem is the Israelis have a single stated goal...do not stop until they have wiped out Hamas, whatever the cost.
The situation here in the US is such that, in 2024 we are going to have an election that will likely determine the future of the world. I would not ask you to like Biden but I will tell you if the choice is him or Trump, you better believe that you should be begging your Pagen gods that Joe comes out on top. Otherwise, as David says essentially, we will be swimming in an ocean of dead children because all restraints will be eliminated and there won't be anybody asking for Bibi or anybody else to play nice in these conflicts.
You do not want these people to be writing our history. I can't imagine anybody rooting for that to come to pass. They have given Biden a nickname and it is fully undeserved and it is promoted by all of the bad actors because they want people to tar him with that brush, to blame him for the deaths of Palestinian children, and all that is about is building animosity toward him in an effort to help Trump win.
What we are trying to tell you is, you are barking up the wrong tree here, bro. Biden has no magic wand. He can't prevent madmen like Putin or Netanyahu from going on killing sprees. He could not stop Hamas from going on a killing spree in Israel.
There are the drivers of the chaos and those drivers want us to blame Biden for this...what David and I are saying to you is, you do not want to be on their side or see what they would do if they get control of the United States. Really, no joke.
