With you on that.  There has been pushback, not prosecution, and I saw a written article where Rogan seemed a little contrite.  I'm guessing he might tread with more caution now, which is probably what most of us here want.  I don't like using Spotify not only because of the quality difference but even more so because they simply don't pay out enough to the content creators.  That's a serious thing.
