Oregon and Washington have done mail-in balloting for many years and appear to have the kinks worked out. In other states, and especially with "late-in-the-game" changes, one might argue that they didn't do the kind of rigorous engineering failure analysis that they might have. But . . . that's not in and of itself evidence of massive fraud. The harder Trump pushes absent real evidence, the more he will lose. And each loss eats into his self-spoken image of being a "winner."
