I grew up a recipient of FDR's programs to relieve the damage caused by the blunders of Wall Street. 

I received a Ba degree from what was virtually free education in the California system: $32.00 per semester, not per subject, per semester.  The most affordable education system in the country blew up with Proposition 13.

We raised 5 kids during a time when only one parent needed to work to do it.

Before Reagan's tax cuts, Corporations paid 50% income tax; Individuals paid 94% over income of $400,000 dollars, a tax system that lingered from the rich feeling a sense of gratitude that their assets had been protected by our winning World War II requiring ultimate sacrifices of the working class.

We need a modified version of that to be restored today in order to raise wages for working people who for more than 30 years have suffered stagnant wages while the wealthy have become outrageously wealthy.

I'm not showing any disagreement with Sanders' policies when I say that Trump pounded Socialism into voters' heads, causing needless down-ballot losses, unfortunately.
