After reading your last two posts I've decided to not keep it my little secret as you suggest.

You are without a doubt the most,of one or two, brainwashed person on this board, almost as brainwashed as those hapless citizens who depend for their daily news on 'journalists' such as Rush Limbaugh, Laura Ingram, Glenn Beck, and Shawn Hannity.

Not only are you brainwashed, you live in a fantasy world fueled by authors such as the one you quoted. One who doesn't know what the hell she's talking about. I own several guns, most Democrats I know own at least one. Hunting and target shooting, and yes, I suppose, a gun would come into play were any of us but me threatened in our home.

You see, my guns are now stored in my son-in-law's gun safe a half a mile away. I'm 84 and have never been threatened in my home. or anywhere else for that matter, and doubt I ever will be. (I don't want you to worry though, I do have a baseball bat under my bed.) Too, I don't turn my back on the rightwing nutjobs who show up at a "ban assault weapons" rally, each with a couple of guns hanging off or stuck in their belt and a shotgun cradled in their arm.

You're paranoid that the government is after your guns, needlessly. The second amendment forbids it. I and my democrat friends wouldn't let it happen, and the government knows that.

Personally, I'd like to see a weaponless planet. Restrict hunting and target shooting to video games. But I'm old enough to spend little time pondering the impossible.
