"I think what needs to happen is that Ron Paul needs to clear the air on this once and for all, since it
keeps coming up. He needs to track down the author of those stupid and vile articles and get that
person to own up to what he did, which from where I sit looks like this: person volunteers (or even is
paid--I don't know) to author and publish a newsletter, but attaches his own vile viewpoints to those
of the person in whose name he is publishing; person whose name is on the masthead foolishly
chooses not to be bothered with what is going out under his name, even going to the point of
electrically signing notes that he himself did not author (or read); a tempest in a teacup is dried,
packaged, and sold, and then re-sold and re-sold and re-sold, since it evidently has no date of
expiration."First, I doubt there is 'one' author for RP's newsletter, and it shouldn't be all that difficult to locate the
guy or 'guys'. Second, I wouldn't vote for a guy that doesn't pay anymore attention to what goes out
under his name and signs off on shit that he later disavows. Kind of asleep at the switch ain't he?Herring, I mean this respectfully.: I've been involved in discourse with a few other people who support
Ron Paul. I think you guys are thinking 'magically' about his chances of winning and about who he
really is. The boy he raised doesn't even support the Civil Rights Act of 1964. And neither does Ron
Paul from what I understand. I think a lot of white male demographic aged 18 to 45 has projected a lot
onto this guy who really doesn't deserve it.
