A few thoughts in response:

First Herman Cain .. Michael Franti once sang, "I don't care who they're screwing in private, I wanna know who they're screwing in public." I generally tend to agree with that and feel like Americans are both nosy prigs and sexual hypocrites. HOWEVER ... there is a difference, as you point out, between consensual sex and chronic predation. Sexual predators are as much about power as sex, maybe more so, and Herman Cain's long-establisheds pattern of hassling women and then smearing his accusers says all you need to know about his character. Poor Mrs. Cain! (Though I guess she could leave whenever she's ready).

Now Ron Paul: Oh fer fuck's sake Herring! If your name went out on some vile racist, homophobic bullshit for years, wouldn't you have to take some fucking responsibility?

And Ron Paul's whiney indignation (Didn't he just stomp out of an interview the other day) bespeaks a thin-skinned prima donna that I personally would not want within a mile of 'the Button' as President. Besides I don't believe his denials. I think he's a liar.

... and he raised the dim bulb Senator from Kentucky. If Rand Paul is a typical result of Ron Paul's beneficence and paternal oversight, then God help us all.
