I've been looking for a good reason to go pantsless...I hope the local authorities understand.
Carry around copies of the article to give to those who seem to disagree with your choice (or lack thereof) attire. Once they read it they'll be dropping their own trou.
I guess that would be an appeal for indulgences, rather than in criticism of them. Anyone got a tack?
