Or not fight them in the first place. This was a successful and deliberate provocation that got exactly
the response hoped for. The Israeli blockade of Gaza should not be legal. If Israel claims sovereignty
over the territory and thus defends its border, then its treatment of the people within is akin to
apartheid. If it does not claim sovereignty, then it has no right to run the blockade.
